FREE Introductory Music for Health Workshop for Your Residents
Music for Health to offer your residents the opportunity to take part in a free music workshop at your care home in the Hayling Island, Emsworth and Havant areas.
Music for Health workshops are designed specifically for people living in residential care. Rather than simply performing to residents, our sessions encourage them to become involved through singing, movement, rhythm and familiar music.

The workshops can help to:
- Encourage social interaction and participation
- Stimulate memories through familiar songs and music
- Support residents’ emotional wellbeing
- Encourage gentle movement and activity
- Create an enjoyable shared experience for residents and staff
- Bring residents together in a relaxed and engaging environment
Residents can participate as much or as little as they feel comfortable with, making the sessions suitable for a wide range of abilities.
